We offer a welcome drink on arrival. Our excellent sports and wellness facilities are free of charge for guests. The daily use of our water world with a size of 75 m² and unique facilities e.g. massage grotto, rock waterfall, ground spring, steam cabin and the whirlpool (33-38°C) is free of charge. Guests can also use the sauna centre free of charge and relax in the bio sauna, the Finnish sauna, the steam bath, the Roman steam bath, the cold fog shower or the ice grotto before going to the quiet room with heated canvas chairs.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 4 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 4 to 5 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 14 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
