Important and not to forget are our activities as going for a pony ride with a warm soup for lunch, skater tours, Bike- & Hike tours, have a look at our farm, the kids-afternoons are a spare afternoon for all parents, enjoying Austrian cuisine at a mountain pasture, barbeque, romantic evenings at a bond fire with staying for the night in a blockhouse, a lot of games and competitions.

With the “More” come our cosy, stylish chill-out-rooms in which you can enjoy a yummy breakfast taken from the big marvellous buffet or you can relax and let the day go by once more with a drink at the bar. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

From the North
- Drive via Munich - Rosenheim - Salzburg
- Near Salzburg take the A10 Tauern motorway towards Villach, 70 km South of Salzburg
- Take the exit Flachau and pass the first roundabout (straight ahead)
- Continue for about 500 m until you come to the second roundabout
- Take the 3/4 exit - you have arrived.
From the South:
- Drive via Udine - Villach
- In Villach take the A10 Tauern motorway towards Salzburg
about 100 km in the North of Villach.
Take the exit Flachau. Then as above.
