Description:
Our chalet features a dining/TV room, with a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player, plus a CD player. There is a games room with table football, a Playstation 2 plus games, board games and sofas to relax in. In addition, there is a secure bike/ski storage area and a drying area for wet coats etc.

This newly renovated chalet at the foot of the Nassfeld ski area offers its guests a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in Carinthia’s premier skiing and mountain biking region.
Our chalet is just a few minutes’ drive from The Millennium Express, the gondola with the largest lift line of the entire Austrian Alps, transporting you to an altitude of over 2,000 metres in only 17 minutes. Debbie and Spencer own and run this traditional-style chalet, and guarantee their guests a warm welcome. Nassfeld has an excellent record for both snow and sunshine, and offers a vast amount of skiing and boarding for people of all abilities and levels.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 9 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Chalet Kammleitn enjoys a a beautiful and peaceful countryside setting, practically on the banks of the River Gail, and with direct access onto the R3 cycle/Nordic Walking route. Hermagor is just 6 km away, offering banks, shops and delicious bakeries. The Presseggersee and Weissensee lakes are just 10 km and 25 km away, offering our guests a wealth of water-based activities in the summer months. Fishing, swimming, golfing and mountain biking are just a few of the activities on offer in our area.
Travel information :
Chalet Kammleitn is approximately a 1-hour drive from Klagenfurt Airport. We have negotiated some special rates for airport transfers. Please ask for details.
Arriving by train is possible, depending on your arrival time at Villach. You can then take a train from Villach to Watschig station, just 100 metres from Chalet Kammleitn. This is an extremely scenic route, but takes a lot longer than driving.
