Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged 15 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged 15 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

- Coming from the West/Vorarlberg-Tirol, drive via the Arlberg Pass or the
Arlberg Tunnel (S16 Federal Road) in the direction of Landeck.
- Change onto the A12 motorway and continue until exit Ötztal.
- Change onto the B168 and continue for 35 km until you reach Sölden.
-Coming from the North/Bad Tölz, drive over the Achen Pass and continue
on the B181 Federal Road in the direction of Jenbach.
-Change onto the A12 motorway, direction of Innsbruck, until exit Ötztal.
-Change onto the B168 and continue for 35 km until you reach Sölden.
- Coming from the East/Munich/Salzburg, follow the A93 motorway in the
direction of Kufstein.
- Change onto the A12, direction of Innsbruck, and continue until exit Ötztal.
- Change onto the B168 and continue for 35 km until you reach Sölden.
- Coming from the South/Merano/South Tyrol, drive via the Timmelsjoch
Pass in the direction of Sölden.
- Please note that the pass is only open from the beginning of June to the
middle/end of October.
