Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Travel information :
By car:
Via A3 from Oberhausen or Frankfurt/Munich:
- At the junction for Hilden take the A46 to Dusseldorf/ Neuss.
- Take the Düsseldorf-Zentrum exit. (Leave the motorway right after the first tunnel - not in the tunnel)
- Go straight ahead at the Werstener- and Witzelstraße.
- At the 4th traffic light turn right into the street Auf'mHennekamp.
- At the second corner turn right into Redinghovenstraße and immediately right again to the hotel entrance.
Via A 59 from Leverkusen/ Cologne:
- At junction for Dusseldorf-Süd take the A 46 to Dusseldorf/ Neuss.
- Take the exit for Düsseldorf-Zentrum (leave the motorway right after the first tunnel - not in the tunnel!)

Via A 57 from Cologne:
- At junction for Neuss-Süd take the A 46 to Dusseldorf/ Wuppertal.
- Take the exit for Düsseldorf-Bilk. Stay in the right-hand lane. At the traffic lights turn right.
- At the next traffic lights turn half right into Kopernikusstraße, that goes into Auf'm Hennekamp.
- Go straight ahead. After approximately 1 km turn right into the street Redinghovenstraße and immediately right again to the hotel
entrance.
By train
- From the main railway station take the rapid transit train S-Bahn line S6 to Langenfeld or line S7 to Hilden.
- Get off at Volksgarten. Take the Kruppstraße exit and pass the public garden.
- The hotel is approximately 500 metres away on the left-hand side of Auf'm Hennekamp.
