Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

By car from the A46 motorway:
- At the crossroads turn off for Düsseldorf city centre along Korneliustrasse. - Turn right into Graf-Adolf-Strasse in the direction of Düsseldorf Main Station.
- Go along to Stresemannplatz and turn right into Scheurenstrasse.
- The hotel is the third house on the right-hand side of Scheurenstrasse.
From the A52 motorway:
- Head towards Düsseldorf to B8. Proceed towards the main station.
- Turn into Karlstrasse and onto Stresemannplatz, then turn left into Scheurenstrasse.
From the A44 motorway:
- Head towards the airport through the tunnel.
- At Düsseldorf Stockum, turn right towards the centre and the main station.
