Quick description :
Holiday Inn Muenchen-Sued is quietly but centrally located in the district Obersendling, only 15 minutes away from the city centre. Due to its excellent transportation links to the motorways A95 (Garmisch-Partenkirchen), A8 (Salzburg), A96 (Lindau) and the “Mittlerer Ring”, our hotel is easy to reach by car. Parking is possible in our underground car park.
The underground station “Machtlfingerstraße” of the line U3 is only 3 minutes by walk away from Holiday Inn Muenchen-Sued and takes you on direct way to the Munich city centre (Marienplatz) within a short time.
For our business guests we provide wireless lan in the entire hotel. In our lobby there is a small business center available. The ideal spot for successful meetings is our conference area with modern equipped conference rooms for up to 180 persons.
Our comfortable rooms all are equipped with balcony or terrace, mostly with view to the garden courtyard.

Travel information :
By car:
- Coming from the A8 motorway (direction Stuttgart) follow the signs for Garmisch-Partenkirchen via A95.
- Pass the viaduct on Fuerstenrieder Strasse and follow the signs to Obersendling - Forstenried - Fürstenried Ost.
- At the next traffic lights turn right into Drygalski Allee and then left into Kistlerhofstrass.
- We are located on your left hand side.
Public transport:
Munich airport is only 40 km from the hotel. If you take a taxi to the hotel it takes about an hour and costs EUR 65. Alternatively you may use the S- and U-bahn to get to the hotel. Coming from the airport or the main station, take a city train (S-Bahn) to Marienplatz. Then change onto the U3 in the direction of Fuerstenried West. Jump off at Machtlfinger Strasse and leave the station towards Machtlfinger Strasse. On Machtlfinger Strasse turn left and go straight on until you reach the next traffic lights. Turn left again into Kistlerhofstrasse.
