Capella Castlemartyr is located 30 minutes from Cork International Airport and 25 minutes from Cork City within a 220 acre estate. The estate consists of a grand 17th century manor house that sits adjacent to the ruins of a 1000-year-old castle, a lake, river and horses grazing in the meadows
The East Cork Resort includes a Ron Kirby designed links-style 18 hole golf course with Clubhouse, gourmet dining and an Auriga Spa; indoor swimming pool, 24 hour gym, steam room, sauna, treatment rooms, beauty salon, relaxation suites and yoga studio.
All guestrooms and suites have stunning views of the estate and feature king beds, touch panels for lighting and drapes, double vanity units, rainforest showers, flat screen TV’s, wifi, tea/coffee making facilities and minibar.
Guests may take carriage tours of the 220-acre estate, which is home to a historic chapel, the tomb of the fourth Earl of Shannon and Mitchell's Woods.
