Given its position, overlooking the harbour and the eastern section of Cork city, it is not surprising that our views are very impressive. From here, you can gaze out over the docks and the spires of Cork's churches and cathedrals to the countryside beyond.
The guest house is deceptively quiet for such a centrally located establishment. This is due, in part, to its setting, surrounded as it is by mature gardens and spacious private car parking facilities.

Only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Cork city, this is a beautiful period guest house, offering bed and breakfast accommodation located close to both bus and train stations.
A period building dating from the early 1900s, Gabriel House has recently been taken over by new management and is currently being restored to its former glory. With 10-foot ceilings, characteristic staircase and many original features, it is not difficult to imagine this impressive house as it was in its heyday.
