The 10 hectares of farmland which surround the hotel boast strong soil that is ideal for the production of wine, fruits and vegetables, all of which can be picked directly from the plants. Moreover, the simple recipes and tasty cuisine served in the hotel restaurant have been prepared and produced with respect to nature. Therefore, during your stay, you will experience flavours that are always authentic, rich of perfume and substance.
Please note that due to seasonality of produce and wheather that restaurant can be subject to closure due to lack of production.
The hotel itself has been built following principles of bio-architecture and contains comfortable rooms with private facilities and patios offering a view over the park and fields.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Upon reservation, the restaurant offers typical and organic dishes, the majority of the ingredients coming from the hotel farm and from the staff labour. The ingredients of all dishes are traceable from the field to your plate. All recipes are typical and prepared to satisfy your taste of Sardinia.
Please note the restaurant is open by booking only and subject to season and produce availability.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant or in the restaurant's veranda if weather allows it.

Nestled in the countryside, in an area dedicated to the production of wine, the farm is set in the Nurra region, known for its agricultural production and for the presence of Nuragic remains.
A few kilometres away from the farm hotel you will be able to visit remains dating from 2000 BC, including the town of Alghero (10 km). Founded in 1400 by the Pisan, and straight after colonised by the Catalans that left the architecture and the language, Alghero is in fact the only town outside Catalunya where Catalan is spoken.
Travel information :
The country farm hotel is only 7 km from Alghero airport, 10 km from Alghero town centre and 25 km from the port of Porto Torres.
By Plane:
- When you leave the airport, turn left at the T junction and, after 60 metres, turn right towards Sassari.
- At the end of the road you will find the junction leading to the SP42; turn towards Sassari and the SP 42.
- When you reach the roundabout, turn right towards Sassari/Olmedo on the SS291.
- After 2 km you will find the entrance for Olmedo on your right, take this road and continue straight for another 2.5 km.
- On your right, you’ll find the road that will take you straight to the hotel.
