If you would rather not leave the hotel you can relax or keep fit in the Sina Fitness Club. Later, for some Tuscan cuisine and fine wines, the hotel's Lorenzo de’ Medici restaurant is a great choice. You can also dine in the new Conservatory, set overlooking the pool, before socialising or listening to live music in one of the two bars.

A rich American buffet breakfast, complete with home-made pastries, is served from 07:00 to 10:30 in the Sala Caterina or the poolside Conservatory.
For lunch or dinner, you can choose from the Lorenzo de’ Medici restaurant, or the Conservatory which boasts a modern interior and long veranda leading out into the garden and pool. Both of these restaurants are open from 12:00 to 14:30 and then 19:00 to 22:30. In the summer there is also accompanying live music.
The new Jockey American Bar fuses modern and traditional elements and offers an ideal spot for relaxation. It is open from 11:00 to 01:00.
From 19:00 on Tuesday to Saturday the piano bar is a great spot to listen to some live music while enjoying an appetiser, dinner or after-dinner drinks.
