The Mediterranean menu is updated seasonally by our chef, Monsieur Gallovics, and changes completely twice yearly to feature regional and seasonal dishes such as fresh pasta with clams, elegantly served by our maître, Monsieur Manzoni. The wine list has 100 options. Open all day long, it is the focal point of the hotel.
In our bar you can enjoy a selection of creative or classic drinks and light snacks. Guests can take afternoon tea or a cold beer in our Bar Veio in the Grand Hall, served by our barman, Monsieur Di Giacomo.
