Quick description :
Our hotel, set 1000 metres above sea level within pine forests and just a short walk from the ski lifts, is in a perfect spot for outdoor pursuits.
From here, you can explore the surroundings on foot, by mountain bike, on horseback or of course on your skis. The restaurant and bar may be just what you need after a long day on the slopes.
We have 22 fully equipped rooms decorated with light wood furniture and flooring, combined with large windows; completely renovated in 2006, these spacious rooms are bright and comfortable.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 2 to 14 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Area information :
The green giant over Maribor has kept its untouched natural beauty over the centuries. Its mysterious forests once famous for colliers, dwarves and other mystic creatures are today a great place to ski, relax and rejuvenate.
You can explore the landscape on horse back: for experienced riders, beginners or ponies for children. You can rent a bike and ride, guided or by yourself, to Rogla, Ribniško Pohorje, Kope and Drava valley.
Or we have Nordic walking sticks for hire; its also possible to hire an INWA instructor to guide you on your hike.
Travel information :
The nearest airport is Maribor which is 25 km away. Graz, Austria is 60 km away, Ljubljana: 130 km and Zagreb, Croatia: 130 km.
By car/bus:
- From direction Ljubljana take the exit Maribor-Jug on the motorway.
- Turn left at exit Hoče (signalled crossroad), or turn right at that crossroad if you're coming from Austria or Croatia.
- When you reach Hoče just keep driving until signs for Bolfenk.
- In Bolfenk, follow signs to Boarding House Martin and you will reach us after around 150 metres.
