The Retreat at Betty’s Bay is approximately an hour’s drive from Cape Town.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 11 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 15.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Travel information :
■ By car
From Cape Town:
▪ Take the N2 towards Somerset West.
▪ After Somerset West, turn right onto the R44 Kleinmond / Gordon's Bay.
▪ Take the Coastal Rd for approx. 25-30km and pass the turnoffs to Rooi Els And Pringle Bay.
▪ Soon you will drive through a limestone "slice" in a small hill.
▪ Start to slow down as you are going to take the 1st right turnoff marked "Stoneypoint".
▪ Drive along this tarred road for 9 roads and then turn right into Wheeler Road.
▪ Take the 1st left into Heron Road.
▪ The Retreat is situated on the right hand side and is signposted.
