Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 14 years are charged ZAR 650.00 per night and person for extra beds.

By car:
- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, take the N2 in the direction
of the city centre.
- Pass the Colling Towers and turn left onto the M3, direction of
Kirstenbosch/Muizenberg.
- Pass the university to your right and continue uphill, passing 4 set of
traffic lights in the process.
- Half way up the hill you will see a sign for Upper Torquay
Avenue/Bishopscourt.
- Turn right here and take the first street to your left.
- Once on Forest Avenue, take the first street to your right (Hillwood
Avenue).
- Continue until you can see Upper Hillwood Avenue to your left (2nd
street to your left).
