Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 30.00 per night in a baby cot.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

By Car:
From Cape Town international airport:
- Follow the airport exit signs, and then pick the Cape Town/Kaapstad signs as you leave the airport area.
- After 3 km, join the N2 motorway leading towards Cape Town.
- After 8.9 km, pass the concrete cooling towers on the right-hand side.
- After 11.7 km, the N2 turns left, follow the curve and the signs for N2 City/N2 Stad.
- After 13.5 km, bear right following the N2 Cape Town sign; the road will split, keep to the far right.
- At the end of the motorway, you will see a large intersection with traffic lights, cross straight over without turning off.
- This is Buitengracht Street, continue through the next intersection.
- At the 3rd set of traffic lights, turn right into Somerset Road staying in the right-hand lane.
- Take the 1st road to the right, this is Chiappini Street.
- Turn into the 1st street on the right, the basement parking is on your left.
