Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

By Car
From the airport:
- Take the N2, signposted for Cape Town.
- Follow the M3 signposted for Muizenberg (not the M5).
- After a set of traffic lights, where there is a turn-right sign for Kirstenbosch Gardens, take the left branch for Claremont, just past a Shell garage.
- At a traffic circle, continue straight ahead into Newlands Road (M152).
- Take the right fork, signposted Muizenberg, into Herschel Walk. Take the second right into Torquay Avenue and immediately left into Primrose Avenue.
- Beaumont House is 50 m down on the left-hand side.
