Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Travel information :
By car:
- The route from Johannesburg is via Krugersdorp (Krugersdorp
Highway), Magaliesburg, Derby and Koster, Swartruggens and Zeerust.
- Coming from Johannesburg, head north-west on the R24 to
Magaliesburg.
- Once in Magaliesburg, follow Route 509 through Derby, Koster and
Swartruggens.
- From Swartruggens, follow the N4 toll road to Zeerust.
- Once in Zeerust, turn right onto the R47 / R49 (at Gabarone/Madikwe
signs).
- Continue for about one hour to Wonderboom Gate (97 km north of
Zeerust).
- Pass the Abjaterskop Gate (first entrance to Madikwe), 20km before
Wonderboom Gate.
- Enter Madikwe Game Reserve through the Wonderboom Gate.
