Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

■ By car
From Cape Town:
▪ Take the N1 and continue past Bellville and Brackenfell turnoffs.
▪ Pass the Winelands 1-Stop Engen petrol station as well as the 1st Stellenbosch turnoff after the petrol station.
▪ Take the next turnoff named "Stellenbosch/Klapmuts" and turn right at the stop.
▪ After approximately 500m, pass over the 4-way stop and then turn left at the Franschhoek sign.
▪ Carry on until the road ends into a T-junction, just after the railway tracks. Turn right towards Franschhoek.
▪ This road will take you straight into Franschhoek.
▪ After the petrol station on your left, take 1st right into Kruger Street.
▪ Collect keys from Kruger House, which is the 1st house on your left.
