Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 6 years are welcome.
All children from 6 to 8 years are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Travel information :
By car:
- Coming from Cape Town, follow the N2 in the direction of the airport.
- Pass the airport turn-off and continue along the N2, direction of
Somerset West.
- Continue through Strand and take the turn-off to your right (Gordon’s
Bay).
- Continue until Gordon’s Bay and turn left onto the R44 at the
T-junction (direction of Kleinmond).
- Once on the R44, also known as Faure Marine Drive, continue for
approximately 1,5 km until you see 18 on Kloof on your left-hand side.
- Coming from the Garden Route, follow the N2 over Sir Lowry’s Pass.
- Follow the sign for Gordon’s Bay (on your left-hand side).
- In Gordon’s Bay, continue until you reach the T-junction.
- Turn left, direction of Kleinmond.
- Once on the R44, also known as Faure Marine Drive, continue for
approximately 1,5 km until you see 18 on Kloof on your left-hand side.
