Providing guests with the chance to experience life on a working farm, Mieliefontein Karoo Guest Farm and New Holme Karoo Guest Farm are a unique getaway. Tour both farms with the owners or watch over 200 species of birds in their natural habitat. The farm houses are set in park like gardens, adding to the conservancy’s tranquil ambience.
Whether you wish to go horse riding or on a donkey cart ride, numerous activities guarantee you an exciting stay. Indulge in meals only prepared with the freshest of farm produce. After sunset, you can have a braai underneath the star-studded sky or view the only hippos found in the Northern Cape.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 50.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
Up to two children under 12 years are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 50.00 per hour.

- Coming from Colesberg, follow the N1 in the direction of Hanover.
- Look out for a gravel road about 20 km from Hanover on your right-hand
side.
