Situated at the foot of the Overberg Mountain Range, Whale Away Guest House offers 5 beautifully furnished guest rooms. Start the day with a delicious breakfast in the dining room, followed by spotting whales from your own patio.
A cliff path along the ocean front takes you through Kaapse Fynbos, a heath land found only on the Western Cape. Enjoy a number of outdoor activities, including shark diving, golfing or quad biking.
After a day of exploring the region or working, you can go for a refreshing swim in the pool or simply relax in the comfort of the guest house. The friendly staff is happy to help fulfil your every wish.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
1.00 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs ZAR 45.00 per hour.

- Coming from Cape Town, follow the R43 in the direction of Cape Agulhas.
- Continue through Hermanus.
- The guesthouse is on your left-hand side, 500 metres after the stop sign
at the corner of Main Road and Lord Roberts Street.
