Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Travel information :
By car:
- Follow the N2 northbound in the direction of Umhlanga/Stanger.
- Take the Umhlanga/Gateway turn-off and continue straight ahead, following the
signs to the M4.
- Once on the M4, take the Glenashley (Ann Arbor) turn-off.
- Turn right onto Ypsilanti Avenue at the 1st stop street, directly after the turn-off. - Cross the next stop street.
- 17 Palms will be on your right.
