Elite Palace Hotel offers a wide range of services from delicious meals in the restaurant, workout, spa and massage treatments to beer and whiskey tastings in the hotel's own pub, The Bishop's Arms. The hotel supports wireless internet and the airport bus stops outside the hotel. For relaxation and recreation we are pleased to offer a sauna department, the Palace Spa Relax and the Elite Nautilus gym.
Please note that some of our guest rooms are undergoing renovation and will be completed in March 2009.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 12 years is charged SEK 200.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
All further older children or adults are charged SEK 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs SEK 230.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Our in-house Taabla Restaurant & Bar is a popular stop for our guests and serves both Scandinavian and international cuisine.
The British styled pub, The Bishop’s Arms, is a popular meeting point for both locals and guests alike. Choose from a wide selection of whiskeys, draught beer, wines and cocktails.
A generous and extensive breakfast buffet is served in a calm setting and a great way to kick start your day.

By Car:
From the south:
- Follow Essingeleden northwards around the city.
- Take the exit towards Norrtull and follow the white sign towards St Eriksplan.
- Pass under Solnabridge (Solnabron).
- Turn right directly after the JET petrol station at Lokalgatan into Dalagatan.
- When you are at St Eriksgatan, the hotel is located on your right-hand side.
From the north:
- Follow the E4/E18 towards Norrtull.
- Stay in the right lane all the time after Karolinska Sjukhuset (the hospital).
- When at Norrtull, follow the white sign towards St Eriksplan.
- When arriving at St Eriksgatan, the hotel is located about 100 metres on the right-hand side.
