If you found a hotelroom that suits your demands, you can click the hotel and select the ‘book page’ where you can find the different rooms. Confirm the type of room by clicking on the book button. If the book button will not appear, then the selected date for the hotelroom is not available. Select a another date or room to make a booking.

How do I search for available hotels only?


Answer

This option can be selected on the homepage in the Advanced Search. Fill in your arrival and departure date and be sure that the availability box is checked.

Why can't I book a hotelroom on the selected date?


Answer

The reason why you can't book a hotelroom is because there's no availability on the selected date. Please select another date to book the hotelroom.

Is the price per person or per hotelroom?

All prices are per room per night.

Our Advanced Search gives you the possibility to search more specifically like the Class, Price range, Postal code, Location, Hotel name and even Special Offers.

Yes, in the “search results” page you can select the hotels you want to compare with by clicking on the select box ‘compare’ on the right side.

Can I book more then one room in one reservation?

Yes, you can book more rooms in one reservation with a maximum of 10 rooms.

No, it is not possible to book different room types in one reservation.

How long do I have to wait for the conformation of my booking?


Answer

If you have made a booking, you will receive an email within several minutes. If not, the common reason is that your email address is wrong. Always double check your email address before finalising the booking.

Is it necessary to registrate when I want to make a hotelbooking?


Answer

No, it's not required to registrate to make a hotelbooking. During the booking process  personal information will be requested and passed on to the hotel. The requested information is used to identify you upon your arrival and to contact you in case of changes in the reservation.

You pay the hotel bill when you arrive at the hotel, you can choose to pay with cash or credit card.

No, this service is free of charge.

No, it’s not possible to book a hotelroom without a creditcard.

Will HotelPricewatch collect the price of the hotelroom from my credit card when I make a booking?

No, your credit number is just a guarantee for the hotels in case of no-show. You will be charged one night’s stay if you do not show up, see also chapter ‘BOOKINGS’.

Yes, your credit card details will by encrypted and protected with the latest technology on SSL. We use the maximum allowed encryption to ensure that your valuable (creditcard) information is transfered in the upmost secure way. The validity of the certificate can be checked by clicking on the Godaddy.com logo during your booking.

How can I cancel or change my booking?

To change your booking, you have to cancel the booking by clicking on the link in your conformation email and make a new booking on the website. Be on time to cancel a booking by consulting the cancelling policy of the hotel.

No, Hotelpricewatch won’t charge any cancellation fee. However some hotels might charge cancellation fees.

Every hotel has his own cancelling policy to protect against no-shows. It is important to consult the cancellation policy if you want to cancel your booking. If you fail to cancel on time, you will be charged of one night’s stay.

You can find your specific hotel in our Advanced Search page, fill in the hotel name and press 'start search'. Please notifiy that the name of the hotel is spelled correctly.
